Brussels from above
When you’re in a big city, it’s always impressive to have a view from above. You’ll be able to see how far exactly the city stretches. You’ll get a better idea of its urban design. And of course, a panorama from above always looks pretty awesome.
There are several places you can go to when you want to see Brussels from above. For the best panoramic view over Brussels, you’ll have to head a little outside of the city, to the Atomium. The Atomium is a remarkable 335 feet construction, built on the model of a metal crystalline molecule. Visiting it is an experience on itself, but don’t forget to go up to the highest level. You’ll get a complete 360 degree view from there!
Other spots to enjoy a view over Brussels are the Cinquantenaire, the Koekelberg Basilica, the roof terrace of the Musical Instruments Museum and the Promenade at the Palais de Justice, which overlooks the Marolles. Of course, there are many more viewpoints to enjoy. Just ask your local host about them!
