"Toan è un ragazzo molto gentile, che parla un ottimo inglese ed a cui piace tanto condividere le sue conoscenze e le bellezze del suo Vietnam con i turisti quindi gli abbiamo fatto tante domande su tutto e grazie a lui ora conosciamo qualcosa in più di questo stupendo paese. Il suo tour di Ninh Binh è diverso dagli altri perché per lui la cosa più importante è fare vedere il vero Vietnam e personalizzare l'esperienza a seconda delle volontà di ogni persona. Noi abbiamo richiesto una partenza abbastanza presto per poter arrivare in cima a Mua Caves senza troppa gente e così è stato...inoltre ci ha accompagnato fino in cima. Il pranzo lo abbiamo fatto in un ristorantino pieno di Vietnamiti dove ci ha fatto provare la specialità locale, la capra e altri piatti molto buoni. Per il pomeriggio la gita in barca ci ha portato a farla a Van Long consigliandoci questo posto invece che Trang An perché più vero e meno sfruttato turisticamente. Tutto perfetto. Fatevi accompagnare da Toan alla scoperta di questi luoghi, non ve ne pentirete!!"

"I recently had the pleasure of having Ruby as a guide on a day trip to Ninh Binh. The trip started with a prompt hotel pick-up in a nice air-conditioned car. Ruby was wonderful to converse with during the drive, and knows so much about the local areas and regional history! I only knew a few words in Vietnamese, but fortunately Ruby’s English is perfect. Throughout the day in Ninh Binh, Ruby was very accommodating with our schedule, asking about food options other things I may want to see while there. This really made the tour enjoyable and relaxing! This is definitely the way to see Ninh Binh and Hanoi; Ruby is such a pro and so easy to talk to! I can’t imagine using any other guide, and I will definitely book a tour with her again the next time I visit Hanoi! Thank you so much Ruby!"

"My girlfriend and I had a lovely trip with Hang. Hang took us to a nice and quiet local fishing spot where we fished and had lunch. Unfortunately we did not catch any fish, but we had 4 bites. Hang was helpful and very passionate and during lunch we shared stories and anecdotes. Hang gave us tips on where to go during our stay in Hanoi. Can warmly recommend!"

"We loved our escape to Ning Binh with Ruby! She took us to all the places we wanted to see and adapted the tour to our wishes :) She brought us to eat goat meat for lunch and came with us on the boat tour so she could explain us more about the amazing nature of Trang An! The drive to Ninh Binh was long but Ruby’s driver was great and the car was comfortable! Definitely recommend booking with Ruby!!"

"Strangely, we were having trouble finding a local guide who would show us around Ninh Binh, not starting and ending the tour in Hanoi. We were staying in Ninh Binh already, and the only guide who would agree to pick us up at our hotel (Jiva Hoa Lu) was Tuyen. He even arrived the night before and stayed in town to be sure he wouldn’t be late meeting us at our hotel the next morning! And he brought a driver so he could devote his undivided attention to us! We spend from 9am - 5pm with Tuyen hitting ALL the highlights of Ninh Binh region. Tuyen tailored the tour to our desires, as well. He took care of all the details and had connections with locals everywhere, allowing our time to be stress free and fun. He was GREAT! We strongly recommend him for your trip! — Scott and Doug"

"Had the pleasure of booking a private one day tour with Tuyen (pronounced Twin) to Halong bay. Right from the start I knew it was going to be a great trip. Twin contacted me before the trip to ask us what we were interested in doing on the tour. He gave us some options and then offered advice after we discussed our desires. It was truly a unique trip exactly what we wanted and hoped for. Twin picked us up at our hotel in a new SUV that was big and comfortable for the ride to Halong. Twin told us about Vietnam and its history during the ride to Halong. The time flew by. When we arrived he escorted to our private boat for the day. We departed seconds after boarding. Lunch was amazing both the vegetarian option for my wife and the Vietnamese food for me. And, of course, the bay was beautiful, worth the drive over from Hanoi. I can’t think of a better way to see the bay. Highly recommend Tuyen as a guide."
