"Olga met us around the central part of Amsterdam and gave us a great start to our time in Amsterdam. We had three days to fill out our agenda, but we thought a tour guide could start us off with some great local history and tips on what to see and what to avoid. Olga was perfect at that and told us a lot of little intricacies of architecture, buildings, monuments, and culture. If you want to start your vacation or journey off and need a kick start, I would highly recommend this tour with Olga. She has other tours and recommended some great canal cruise tours as well, which we booked for the next day. Overall, a great experience. "

"We used Christa for a tour of the red light district. We were late of the tour and Christa kept in contact and was very patient. She was also very helpful when one of our party left a cell phone in the uber (which we got back) Christa was very knowledgable and we enjoyed learning about the history of the red light district and their cafes. "Five stars across the board! Jan was an exceptional guide during our visit to Amsterdam. He picked us up right from our hotel and spent the day driving us around in his private car, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable — a real treat compared to crowded tour buses. We visited Keukenhof, where the tulips were just starting to bloom, and then drove through several small towns where Jan explained how the Dutch reclaimed land from the sea — fascinating stuff. We also made it out to the windmills at Zaanse Schans, just outside Amsterdam. Throughout the day, Jan never rushed us and kept everything perfectly on schedule without it ever feeling rigid. What really set him apart were the little extras — recommendations on what to see and do when we were exploring on our own, the kind of local knowledge you just can't get from a guidebook. On top of that, we booked on short notice and he rearranged his schedule to fit us in without hesitation. We'll absolutely be booking with Jan again on our next trip to Amsterdam.
