"Piero is one of the best guides I’ve had and certainly the most entertaining. This is not a run of the mill tour with facts about every stop on the tour. It is fun cultural facts and history intertwined together with much interaction his guests. Piero is native to Madrid and clearly loves his city. On top of the entertaining tour, Piero practically provided a whole guide book worth of information via WhatsApp, and his recommendations were well received on our visit. In short, having taken dozens of tours all around the world, I would strongly encourage anyone to choose Piero unless you are really looking for a facts only tour. "

"We were a group of four on our first day in Madrid, my wife and I are 25-year-old daughter and her boyfriend. To say that we had fun, is to say that the sun is bright and hot in Madrid in July. Pierre is so full of energy and love for his city. We could’ve spent days touring with him. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the history of Spain and particularly bull fighting ( and know that a toreador does not fight a bull). We shared vermouth, sherry, wine, and beer with pinxtos, croquettes, calamari sandwiches, tortillas, patatas bravas all in small or historical places we would never have found on our own. Pierre provided us with so many tips for the rest of our stay that we will be taking advantage of. I would like to tell you more, but I might ruin some surprises. He has in store for you. Don’t think about it book your tour with Piero now."

"We had a great time with Ariadna on the Madrid tasting tour. She was very accommodating from the start, including adjusting the menu around our food restrictions without any issues. What I liked the most was that it never felt like a traditional tour. It felt like spending a few hours with a local who genuinely enjoys sharing her city. We’ve been to Spain before and thought we knew Madrid pretty well, but she gave us a completely different perspective. She explained the history behind many of the tapas, the neighborhoods, and the traditions, adding context that made everything much more interesting. The pace was relaxed, which we really appreciated. She sat with us while we enjoyed the food, answered all of our questions, and the conversation just flowed naturally. If you’re looking for an authentic way to experience Madrid, I would definitely recommend Ariadna. "

"This was one of our highlights of our trip. Ariadna was perfect, providing the right mix of history and information not just about the food but about Madrid as well. She was willing to accommodate any dietary preferences (though we don’t understand taking a food tour and then restricting it to the same things you always eat or know you like/dislike).
