"Marco was exceptionally knowledgable about the two places we visited. He was very thoughtful and taught us a lot about the Basilica and the Palace. I would highly recommend him. We did both in 3 hours and that was the right amount of time to cover both in detail."

"We toured Mazzurbo, Burano, and Murano today with Lori’s. This was our second tour with him and once again he did a fantastic job planning the day. The pacing was very good; he planned breaks for coffee and made sure we got to see the beautiful hidden sights of the islands. Loris knows so much about the history of Venice, about the culture of the different islands around Venice, and about food and wine. He took us to a wonderful little restaurant on the island of Murano and then we toured a very unique glass shop. We grew fond of his leadership and companionship. The next time we come to Venice we hope to go on more tours with Loris."

"I hesitate to write this review because I enjoyed meeting Alessandro very much. However, I rate the experience as a 3 on price-value because when I reviewed the cost afterwards, I felt it was twice the amount I would have liked to pay. My husband and I spent 2.5 hours with Alessandro at a cost of $600+ usd to visit a handful of historic places, with history and story, an interesting architectural staircase, a coffee and pastry break, and visits with 3 local merchants known to the guide. Sadly, given the price, the disappointment eclipses the overall experience. "

"My two college age granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Federica. The glass factory was very interesting. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She was great with the girls. When the tour was over she walked us to a waterbus station and made sure we knew how to get back to our house. Would love to do another tour with her. "

"Our tour of the Venice Islands with Claudia was excellent. At a relaxed pace, Claudia provided a very informative commentary throughout. She arranged the order of visiting the islands to visit each when crowds were least, which made the tour even better. We loved the visits to the selected lace shop and museum and the glass blowing, which were both unique in the breadth of their products and displays, and also very informative on their craft. Claudia is a passionate Venetian and a great tour leader. We highly recommend her."

"First off, Matteo was awesome. Met us on time at the agreed upon location, a coffee shop. We stopped in and ordered a coffee for my wife and got to know Matteo a bit before the tour. Then Matteo walked us around the city explaining all the history, we knew some of it, which impressed Matteo, and then he built on what we knew. He took time to listen to our questions and thoughtfully answer and even routed the tour to end at the Pireaus lion, which I had requested when we first booked the tour. He even helped us get our bearings and walked us back to the Rialto bridge. We will definitely come back to Venice and book another tour with Matteo. "
