"We made a last minute reservation with Izabela for a 2.5-hour walking tour of Verona. It was so much fun! Izabela provided interesting historical notes and showed us some cool off-the-beaten-path locations. She went above and beyond by providing some restaurant and general food tips. "I booked this tour as a present for my parents. Tullia contacted us a week or two before the tour telling us she couldn't make it on the agreed date, which was a dissapointment at first of course. But she then did everything she could to help us find a replacement and managed to get Izabela to guide the tour instead. Izabela was great. My parents were very happy with her expertise and told me her english was very good. She took good care of them and made sure to show them things they were interested in. This of course means that I can't review how a tour with Tullia would have been, but I appreciate that she took the time to find a replacement instead of just cancelling.
