"We spent a thoroughly delightful day with Claudio exploring the Castelli Romani area south of Rome. He met us promptly at our apartment in Frascati and off we went. First to visit the excavation site at Tusculum, followed by a wonderful tour with tasting at a local Frascati Winery. Then we were off to Grottoferatta where we enjoyed an excellent lunch at a local trattoria with homemade pasta, a grilled meat platter and wine of course. Lastly , we drove to Castel Gandolfo, site of the Pope's summer palace, where we walked along the shores of Lake Nemi...one of two lakes in the region formed in the craters of former volcanoes. All in all the perfect day. Grazie mille Claudio!! "

"We had not planned anything for our last day in Rome so I was looking for a short tour and came across this amazing wine tasting tour. I sent a message to Claudio, and he replied immediately, giving us a tailor made plan for a last minute tour that has been the highlight of our stay!
