"Moment convivial, super accueil d'Armando qui nous a ouvert sa maison ,et fait partagé ses secrets de fabrication de la pizza Napolitaine, l'ambiance était chaleureuse et détendue,Armando a une attention pour chacun ,même aupres d'ado un peu\"coincés\"...nous avons été vraiment choyés avec les différentes
dégustations !mais je ne livrerai ici pas tout les secrets !!!
C'est promis nous nous lançons dans la réalisation de pizza maison !CIO!!"

He tought us all the secrets of true Napoli pizza baking and helped us understand the differences between faccacia, pizza as well as the specific fried pizza.
A great experience and excellent value that we would recommend to anyone that are interested in learning to bake pizza or foccacia.
Also, Armando is very well versed in Milan and gives great advise on trip options."

Never put pineapple on a pizza!
"We had a fun afternoon of pizza making with Armando. He guided us through the process from choosing the right ingredients to mixing and stretching the dough to eating a delicious Napoli style pizza for lunch, with wine. Armando also followed up with an email supplying the dough recipe after the cooking lesson which was very thoughtful. His kitchen is a distance from Milan centrale, so give yourself about an hour to get to his place by tram. Also, a focaccia making experience was advertised, paid for and expected but, we made pizza. Still fun and we learned alot, thanks Armando!
