His respect for the city’s history and its people was evident in everything he shared. Beyond being an incredible guide, Alessandro is simply an incredible person—bright, thoughtful, fun, passionate, and utterly charming. By the end of our tour, we felt as though we had spent the afternoon with a dear friend. We even made plans to meet again, whether in Italy (where he also is also a guide) or on our next trip back to Greece. "My wife and I had a great walking food tour with host Alex, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. Before the tour I had several conversations with Alex both by WhatsApp and by phone to ensure everything ran smoothly. During the tour Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, in addition to sampling local delicacies in traditional food spots, Alex also gave us the history of the city as well as pointing out landmarks, good restaurants and places worth visiting.
