Highlight of our trip to Paris!
"My partner and I spent 10 nights in Europe, with 5 of them in Paris. It was our first trip and we wanted to engage with a local to learn more about this amazing city and experience the food. We booked a food tour with Gelsomina, and it was the best decision we made. Gelsomina felt like a friend, she had such interesting information about Paris and the food scene and we ate the most amazing bites! She customizes the tour to your tastes, but we had: coffee, pastries, cheeses, wine, tapenades, bread, oysters, more amazing desserts, crepes, galettes, macarons, and more. We were so full and even had left overs we ate later that day. I would 100% book again with Gelsomina! "

Great variety
"We went as a family of 4, with 2 kids aged 4 and 7.
We asked our 4 year old what he liked most about the tour and he said “macarons!”
gelsomina was able to adjust our meeting spot and locations on the fly based on what we wanted to experience, and how hungry we were. We got a variety of basic to unique sweets, even some we had never heard of before. We liked that she focused on local establishments (not laduree or Pierre herme).
She was also great for families, and understood how to balance walking with routing through a park and types of places to keep both kids and parents engaged in the cuisine. She introduced just enough history to engage our 7 year old. The pace of the tour was good, and didn’t feel like too much walking given our young kids, but if we were a group of all adults I’m sure she would have covered more ground.

She knew great little places to stop- not the average tourist destinations but unique experiences and photo locations that only a local would know. "We did this as a group of 11 for a bachelorette weekend and it was one of my favourite things we did the whole trip. Nella was a great guide, super knowledgeable and fun and very patient with us.
The stops were all places we never would have found ourselves and the pastries were delicious. The pacing was good and we learned loads about the history of the Marais. Great format for a group. Highly recommend!"

"Anna was great! She arrived on time for our scheduled meeting. She allowed us the option to walk or use the metro. She asked us what our preferences were for food options and told us some history about the neighborhoods we were walking through. "Ali made sure we got to try the very best of everything Paris had to offer. The best cheese, bread, macaron, meringue, croissant, coffee, jam - it was amazing! He added so much knowledge as to the why the specific locations and what went into making it. The blind jam tasting was my daughter’s favorite experience. I would highly recommend you choose Ali."
