Hi I am Tommi! 🦋 My mission is to let guests experience a unique tour of the true Amsterdam (and surroundings), partly away from all the busy tourist areas. I bring guests to the areas breathing history, tell stories, hide little gems, shine architecture and all that makes Amsterdam- the Amsterdam! ABOUT ME (Tommi) Thirteen years ago I started as a tour-guide as my free time hobby. I noticed many tourists only experienced Amsterdam from the touristic sides, which was a pity. In these many years, I have been private guiding, done group-tours through Amsterdam and the Netherlands, and even into Belgium! It is something I still love doing every day with all my heart! Meeting amazing people from around the world, and even have made friends for life. I have Aspergers Syndrome (autism), and even it comes with its challenges, I have a high IQ and have the gift of detail and the traits of heart and kindness. I show Amsterdam from a different perspective sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm. I always try going the extra mile for everyone. With my happiness, sociality and love for details, I will show you my city, its history and its hidden secrets, which even most Amsterdam locals don’t know about! Bringing you to places where most tourists don’t even come. Please do ask me about a special tour including the gorgeous old villages near Amsterdam! The tour can be adapted to your wishes and needs, for example having a lunch stop. Notifications: 1. This tour is NOT suitable for people whom are not able to walk. 2. The tour is NOT suitable for people who are not happy, are disrespectful, or not interested in being guided (sitting on their phone all the tour). 3. Take into note, I have autism, (quick) sudden changes (for example changes in time, meeting point etc.) I have difficulties with. I am flexible but need time to proces and adjust. 4. This tour IS SUITABLE for families and children, but will be adapted to their needs as well the needs of the parents, so both can have a great tour. All my tours are adaptable to your wishes and requests. It is for the young, families, to the elderly, adaptable to any pace. I will do my uttermost best.
