He communicated well prior to our tour, confirming take and pick-up location and was at the dock, waiting for us the morning of the tour. The boat is absolutely charming, and we enjoyed coffee and pastry along the tour. Frederick was very friendly and full of such interesting knowledge about Amsterdam. We all learned so much, and seeing the city from the quiet, morning canals was really a special experience. It was the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam!"

"Frederick was great. He told us great stories as he skillfully transported us thru the famous canals of Amsterdam. We had a large variety of drinks and he didn’t mind that we brought our own snacks. "I wanted to find a unique Canal cruise for adults. We were going on a Canal cruise during the day as an excursion from our cruise ship, and wanted to have something more unique to do on our own before we boarded the ship. My concerns were it had been inclement weather and cold. We needed a boat that was small, intimate, covered, and heated.jannah offered all this and then some! She purchased red wine for us to have during the evening, cruise and supply glasses. She was very knowledgable and answered all of her questions, and took us on a great cruise to see the lights of Amsterdam during the night. We went off the beaten track and saw some great” behind the scenes” areas. The highlight was having a private to her to ourselves, intimate was blowing, a covered boat to protect us from the rain, and potentially heat in case it was cold. I would highly recommend Beer and Jannah. "

"We had a great 2 hour cruise around Amsterdam's canals with Beer. We set out mid-morning on a Saturday. The boat was comfortable and roomy. You could sit at the stern and enjoy the cool fall air, or sit inside the heated cabin and avoid the chill. The boat - like all boats on the canals, Beer told us - was all electric so was quiet and smooth. Beer covered lots of local history, pointed out architecture and specific buildings, and we all came away knowing much more about the city. At the end he even dropped us off near a cafe we had booked for lunch. Overall a great experience for the four of us I would recommend to anyone visiting."

"Despite rain and chilly night air we had a wonderful time w Vanessa and Paul. It was more leisurely that the larger boats. We had a more interactive discussion with them about the neighborhoods we glided thru and when they took us to the closest wharf for us to catch a taxi back to our hotel they made sure we were in the taxi before returning to their boat.
