"Antonio promptly picked us up at our apartment in a roomy, newer SUV. We told him we wanted a relaxed day with a lot of walking, a lunch at a good restaurant, and to see some new sights. We have been to Costa Brava many times but this was our friend’s first visit. Antonio formulated the perfect outing, two hikes in different areas, a few sights pointed out by car, a relaxed lunch with great food at a beachfront restaurant, and a visit to a wonderfully maintained medieval town that was not overrun with tourists.
