"My husband and I had a single day to see a little of the Irish countryside outside of Dublin. We were excited to visit Glendalough and see some less touristy spots. That was all the guidance we provided, and Kate ... delivered an amazing day! We are thoroughly delighted with meeting Kate and had a most enjoyable time experiencing a small slice of Ireland's history and beautiful vistas through her eyes. "My family was doing some relatively complicated 3-generations travel, with two fifty-year-olds, a teenager, and a 91-year old. Over a week in Scotland and Ireland, our day with Kate was probably the best time that we all had together. Kate took us to see many beautiful places, and she understood how to balance the needs of younger people with a desire for adventure and a guest with limited mobility. Not only was she exceptionally accommodating, but (and this is much more rare!) she knows what's interesting, both as a side-stop along the main journey and as a story to tell about Irish history, landscape, language, and literature. "Kate gave us a wonderful tour of the Wicklow mountains and the surrounding area! She’s so kind and accommodating, showing us where locals have a good time. From the shore to the mountains, Kate amazed us with her knowledge of the area. We went to many vistas and overlooks that tour buses could’ve even reach. Her storytelling is impeccable, and the views are scenic. I can’t imagine our visit to the real Emerald Isle without Kate and her beautiful, fun spirit! 11/10 would recommend! "
