"Luciana is one of the best Withlocals guides we have had. She is very conscientious and adjusts the tour to your interests. We went on her Unique Mayfair Hidden Gems Walk. It is an area of London we would not have seen otherwise and now wish to revisit. Many great and interesting sites including the experiences of shopping in very unique stores and shops. Luciana is very knowledgeable and a delight to spend 3 hours with. I highly recommend her and this tour."

"Luciana was personable and enthusiastic. She looked for our input repeatedly to be sure that she was exposing things on the tour we wanted to see. She brought us to sites we would not otherwise have found and gave excellent advice on things we should do and see during the remainder of our London visit (we toured with her the second day of ten). She also had good advice on dining and pubs. After the tour she forwarded by email a list of her suggestions so we didn't have to take notes on everything she said while walking with her. My only suggestion for improvement would be to pay a bit more attention to making sure all four of us were within earshot while talking; with street noise and being separated by crowded sidewalks, we sometimes missed some of what she was saying."
