"We had a great time with Álvaro. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us around the Alcázar and the Cathedral, bringing the history and the city to life along the way. He was also fantastic with my two boys, aged 7 and 9, and managed to keep them engaged and entertained throughout the tour. They enjoyed it so much that they were already asking whether we could arrange another visit with Álvaro in the future. He also recommended a great place for lunch, which was a lovely bonus. Alba made the tour interesting and engaging for all of us and she was attentive to my mom. What impressed me about Alba - her vast fund of knowledge about almost any country between 1000 and 1700 and her laughter. She included stories and anecdotes that made the experience engaging and full. She also described the decorative features in detail (for example, the creation of the tilework).
