"Roy was fantastic. Excellent and clear communication from the moment we booked, and when we actually got to meet him he was informative and knowledgeable but so much fun and so engaging. We could have happily spent an entire day in his company and if we're ever back in Singapore (which I think we will be) it will be the first thing we book. He was great at adapting his plans to suit us (a family with teenage children), ensuring everything we ate was suitable for our son (anaphylactic nut allergy) and fitting in things we wanted to do or he thought would interest us (which they did). He also ensured that we knew exactly how to get to our next appointment. He was brilliant from start to finish and I can't recommend him highly enough."

"We had a very interesting tour with Ron starting just in time through Kampong Klem, Little India & Chinatown, Ron knows a lot of Singapore and his history and explained also a lot of the daily things in Singapore. In this way you don’t have to find your own way if you have less time. Ron is a very friendly person and made it very comfortabel for us, also give us the explaination of the use of MRT system! If we come backing in the future we definately book another experience with Ron. "

"Monica was a great tour guide, the information she shared was interesting and insightful and she has a great sense of humour as well. Travelling between sites was super easy on public transport and she built in a refreshment stop as well to try some of the local fruit and coffee. Would definitely recommend her for your tour. Additionally, we had originally booked with another guide a couple of days earlier who had to cancel due to illness. His communication was extremely prompt and he tried to find a replacement before cancelling. He wasn’t able to, so cancelled the booking and our refund was processed and in my bank account within 2 days. So, though it didn’t work out first time, the response from the company was everything it should be. "

"We took a walking tour of Chinatown with HJ and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The tour was engaging, informative, and very enjoyable. HJ shared the history and culture with great knowledge and enthusiasm, while also pointing out many fascinating details. One of the highlights was that he showed us hidden corners, including a fantastic viewpoint inside a museum that we would never have found on our own. When it suddenly started raining, HJ was incredibly thoughtful and even handed out umbrellas to everyone in the group—a truly kind gesture. We saw and learned so much in a short amount of time. Thank you for this wonderful tour—it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Singapore!"

She was incredibly knowledgaeble and made the tour really interesting and fun, telling us not just about the history and culture but also what daily life in Singapore is like. My wife was not feeling very well and Joisse was incredibly kind and helpful and adapted the tour to make it easier for my wife. It was a great tour and Joisse is lovely.
