"We booked with Luis. Communication was good. Pedro was our actual guide he was excellent. He gave us an incredible 3 hour tour around Lisbon so interesting and informative. When we shared our itinerary with him for rest of trip he gave us tips for our whole trip! We were referencing him the entire visit. It seems that Luis books any day and time you request and find someone to be your guide. It worked out beautifully!!"

"If you plan to go to Sintra (or any tours from Lisbon) we highly recommend booking with Rui. Terrific communication from the get-go. We wanted to see the Quinta da Regaleira and Cabo da Roca. Rui worked with us to plan a perfect day. He was on-time in a clean comfortable van. Knew walking shortcuts so that we didn't get caught in the crowds that are the norm in Sintra. Provided insights and info as we walked and answered our many questions about Portugal and Lisbon. The thing that really stands out is Rui's personality, which is delightful. Friendly, comfortable, easy going while still keeping us on track for our very full day. He even added a stop as he drove us back to Lisbon because we hadn't yet been to the Monument to the Discoveries. (Well worth seeing!) An investment to do a private tour? - yes. Worth every penny -- Absolutely! PS - The trains were on strike when we were in Lisbon but because we had arranged with Rui, we didn't have any worries. "
