"Pere (or Peri) is your guide if you are looking to do a food tour in Kobe. We ate so much food. So much good food that you will walk away from the tour wondering how you ate it all and how you are going to work it all off. Kevin and I are still talking about the pork dumplings from Chinatown that you have to wait about 15 minutes in line for to order. (IT WAS WORTH IT!!!!!) As you are walking to the locations, Peri does a great job talking about eh city, the food and culture so that it all ties together. He knows the holes small places to go so that you get an authentic experience and not just what is featured on Instagram or TikToK. He did an awesome job and we were lucky to book him!"

"It was our first time in Japan, and we decided to do a day trip to Kobe from Osaka. Simone was such a great host! He was so warm, friendly, generous, and genuine. "We loved the tour we were given by Pere! His tour of Himeji was awesome! He knew all the answers ro our questions and more! He was a local of Kobe for quite a while also! The tour went from a historical fan’s dream to a foodie’s heaven! He showed us all the secret places to eat in Kobe and even told us the secret to distinguishing between real Kobe beef and fake (don’t be fooled 😉)! He was super flexible and a great communicator when it came to planning to join him on the trip! We came from Osaka by train so he even helped us plan how to get there on land! We would recommend his tour to anyone! 1000/1000"

"We had such an amazing time on this food tour with Simone. Our stomachs AND our hearts were full! Simone is a knowledgable guide, excellent communicator, history buff, foodie and he managed to connect with each of us in our group, spanning ages 65 to 17--no easy feat. Our teen son said he had no idea that a tour or a tour guide could be like this--this GOOD! It was worth every penny and more! If he's open, book it now. You will not regret it. Truly, Simone is that \"One in a million.\" --from US family of 4 (foodies)"
