"I love to eat, but I don’t love to cook. Taking the class with Massimo changed my mind. It created a desire for me to attempt making pastas and enjoying it. I’m so grateful that Massimo opened up his home and his heart to teach others how to make the most delicious pastas. Simple, fresh, quick, and beyond amazing dishes were prepared and devoured.
