Karolina quickly picked up what we were interested in and got us in the right mode, with her relaxed and positive style. She is very knowledgeable of the city itself but given here well travelled life, she did also manage to place Palermo into both a geographical as well as historical context. Even before we me her she had some suggestions on places to eat and things to visit, and she gave us further suggestions off the tourist track to see and experience.
