"We had a great time on our tour with Tini. She's super friendly, easy to talk to, and her English is excellent. She tailored the tour to what we wanted and got the timing just right. She even added a couple of stops so we could try some local food and pick up a few things to bring home. Tini clearly loves what she does, she shared so much fascinating information about the temples we visited and the history behind them. She has a deep knowledge of history and shared that with us. She was able to give us insights into Indonesian culture that really helped us appreciate the country on our trip. And we have to thank her for the great tickets she got us for the evening Ramayana performance.
Our driver, Ewan, was really nice too and took great care of us throughout the day.

"I had a wonderful day with Didot. Before we started, we agreed to simply go with the flow, and that turned out to be the perfect approach.
We visited two beautiful temples, and I was deeply impressed by his knowledge and storytelling. He has a gift for bringing history, culture and mythology to life.
He also took me to a fantastic local restaurant for lunch, where I had an unexpected opportunity to meet a craftsman who taught me about keris making and the traditions behind it. That was one of the highlights of my day.
Later we explored the countryside together. We had thoughtful and inspiring conversations, and through Didot I was able to connect with local women working in the rice fields and learn about community life and sustainable farming practices.
The day was meaningful, educational, inspiring and simply enjoyable. Didot is intelligent, sensitive, curious and easy to talk to. I am very grateful for the experience and can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for authentic encounters and a deeper connection with Java."

Knowledgable and helpful guide
"Tini was an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable about the history and myths in the local temples. Borobudur now requires you to use their own guides, so even though she is qualified to do that portion, she had to wait for us while we climbed the temple; however, she planned our day very well and took us to other local sites as well. We felt it was well worth it to have her as our guide, as it made the entire day more pleasant and interesting. "
