"My wife and I spent a Friday evening wandering an off the beaten path Hong Kong neighbourhood with Angel. In between stopping for local tastings, we discussed Hong Kong in the past and present. Angel is expert in both food and history and much cooler and stylish than her middle-aged tourists, but she accepted us with grace and friendship. We definitely saw a part of Hong Kong and ate local delicacies we never would have found on our own. "
