"Michail is genuinely passionate about his cooking and making the experience exceptional. All the cooking and eating is on his porch on the 6th floor overlooking Athens in a compact European apartment setting. He has a heater and the weather was fantastic. With the freshest ingredients and his skill, he can make magic with minimal cooking space. He sourced many of his ingredients from his family’s island farm and personalized the menu for healthy eating with lots of vegetables. It was a fantastic meal and experience! "

"Such a unique and fantastic afternoon with Dionysia and her family! Time flew by! We highly recommend it and we will do it again next time we are in Athens. Every detail of this experience was carefully designed with us in mind, as Dionysia communicated with us to make sure we let her know what we wanted. She and her family made us feel so welcomed in their home and ensured we had enough food for the entire day!!! We could not stop eating although we knew we had had more than enough. Everything was super fresh, simply prepared but SOOO FULL of flavor, it was impossible to stop eating. We sat down in her beautifully decorated patio for three hours that seemed like 20 minutes! We talked food, family, politics and traveling the world! We could have stayed there all night sipping into that nice white wine. "We booked with Melina quite some months ago and from the first message we felt as though we knew her. Her warmth radiated throughout from enquiry to finally meeting. We had a 3 course cooking experience the beginning of September to kick off our honeymoon. Melina kept in contact leading up to the booking to ensure everything was to our liking and to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergy. The day itself was fantastic, Melina is warm, bubbly and knowledgeable her passion for cooking is obvious and you can tell she loves passing on that passion. We created a delicious 3 course greek menu with her assistance, she is happy to lead but encourage us to take part and learn the skills needed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were made to feel like old friends reuniting. We can't wait to return to Athens and cook with Melina again, until then we will recreate the recipes at home Thank you so much Melina!"
