"Our shopping trip with Luciana was the best from beginning to end. She is professional, organized, knowledgeable, stylish and she really listened to our requests. Luciana gave us perfect directions, met us on time, and took us around on a thoughtfully planned route to shops that we asked to see and more that fit what we wanted to learn about, which was focused on British brands. She also took us to the drugstore for eye drops that we urgently needed and of course that wasn’t part of the plan! A+ experience. We love everything we bought.
