Our two day tour took into account our family’s needs and desires and made it personal to us. Last minute change, no problem - he adapted. "We had the most fantastic tour with Ramses to the Giza Pyramids, Dahsur and Saqqara. From the initial contact Ramses was very professional with clear instructions and great timekeeping. He suggested we started an hour earlier to beat the crowds which is what we did and at each destination we just kept ahead of them thanks to Ramses management of this. After the Museum, he took us to a local spot for lunch. One of our kids is a picky eater and he got her different food (on the way without us even realizing what he was doing) that she absolutely loved! He is extremely kind. He helped us bargain at the papyrus store as well!! After lunch, we headed towards the Pyramids. He took amazing pictures along the way. We even added a last minute camel ride and he arranged everything without any hassle. Safety was a top priority for Moustafa. He ensured our family, especially our teen girls, felt safe at all times.
