"I booked a customized tour and the tour was beyond what I have could imagined. Anna took her time to give me a realistic view on modern Sofia but also has a lot of knowledge about history. She showed me all the (for me) interesting places/quarters and shared her experiences but also facts and figures. As we needed to pause our tour due to a crowd celebrating soccer, Anna was so kind to enlarge the tour in order to finish what we wanted to see (without even asking). She did not only share a lot of interesting insights but also understood to meet all my needs and it was very pleasant to spend several hours with her. She was very authentic and sympathetic and offered a lot of support.
