"Hilde was great and gave us a good insight into Bruges - why it was so historic and how it had arisen. The food tasting side was limited to chocolate, waffles, chips and beer. But that is probably more to do with the limitations of the local cuisine. She gave us plenty of tips on how to get the best out of the rest of our stay. "
