What you can expect
Our Refugee Dinner is not only a meal experience, it offers you much more! During your private dinner, this will be the start of a conversation, the beginning of friendships, understanding and learn a new culture.
The purpose of Refugee Dinners is to involve people in having a great time together and eating delicious food. The cooks have fled their countries and are living in camps now, where there is no kitchen, or even if there is one, it's not big enough for the hundreds of people wanting to use it. Their love of cooking and hosting is very much still there. And they are so happy to share it with you!
The Refugee Dinner is also a way to help our cooks - the money you spend on your dinner will be donated to them. So you can have a delicious meal, an inspiring evening and support a good cause!
Let us know if you have any special request regarding the dishes that will be served and let's have a multicultural evening together in Berlin!
*The experience is not organized on a booking demand. Please contact the host before booking and check when is the next dinner.

Writer & foodie
"I am a freelance writer, originally from Budapest, Hungary, currently based in Berlin. Beside the love of written word, I've always had an eternal passion for cooking and hosting. And I do it well.
By now, I am not only offering the traditional, hearty Hungarian cuisine in our kitchen but I do interesting, thin, colourful and delicious pizzas, and provide space for refugees to cook and host people, hopefully encouraging the start of some great friendships!
Looking forward to seeing you at one of the dinners!"
