What you can expect

I want to show you what it's like to take a trip into the city early on a Sunday morning, when there are few people about. It feels more intimate, just you and your London town.

There are plenty of good photo opportunities wandering around the character-filled markets, especially at the smaller more local ones, where the choice and quality is diverse and sublime.

Trainers or flat shoes are a must and on a Sunday we often take in the Flower market (it's closed the rest of the week). We'll take in some lovely architecture and places of note along the way too to make this trail the perfect mix.

Heading to Monument Station early, we'll be ahead of the crowds, walking in the relative quiet of the early morning. We'll take in the beauty of the architecture and the history of the city as well as some hidden London gems.

Don’t eat anything too exotic before our tour as there will be plenty of great food to choose from as we wind our way through the streets.

We will finish our tour with a drink or a cuppa in a lovely local cafe/bar where you can ask me questions or pick my brains for other things to do whilst you are here. If you would like other activities, just let me know. I can design a tour just for you.

I have travelled extensively and love to experience places like a local. I trained as an analyst programmer and love numbers, logic and troubleshooting, but I also have photography, music, singing, art, writing and poetry at my heart. I stepped off of the 9 to 9 work treadmill of managing crisis and business problems in 2013. I am now writing a book "a little too slowly at present". I love to explore cultures, places and experiences. Why do one thing when you can find many to occupy your strengths and keep you busy and happy in this life?."
