What you can expect

We Sindhis are hard working, social and extraverts. We also love our traditions and are excellent at food.

Food for us is love, tradition, spiritual, social and everything. Our food is not very spicy or hot but is the blend of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Famously known for our Sindhi Curry, Pilli Dal (Mung Dal), Papad, Sai Bhaji, Sontho and Sai Masalevari Bhaji, Bhoogo Mutton, Pakwan Dal, Chutney, Sweet Seviayan in Pure Ghee. We love our food to be with that extra Dollop of Pure Ghee, Butter or Oil.

During Festivals like Diwali, Vadi Thadri, Holi, Raksha Bandhan we make special food items, decoration and spirituality sets in.

Our food, fashion and best of all can be experienced only through personal contact with us and our community. I will be excited to welcome you for a great lunch!

"In our families a girl has to know atleast 21 things before marriage. This has been inscribed in a girl's heart since young age and she is taught various things so that even in times of difficulty she does not require to beg. She can do anything and everything she has learnt in her parents house to earn income and survive in all difficult times. Hence, you will observe you will rarely find Sindhi beggars. Their outlook is such that they work hard and help each other beyond their difference and do many things together."
