What you can expect

"When I was a child, I used to sneak into the kitchen and meddle with whatever my mom was cooking. I loved it especially when the kitchen was full of aunts and neighbors, helping my mother to prepare treats and delights for special occasions, that room was like heaven! I still have that childhood image in my mind! All the laughs and the voices mixed with the smell, colors and essence of the sea food and the fresh vegetables, the cinnamon and the mastic from the local desserts.
The time passed and I grew up to be a graphic designer for about 20 years but the great love for cooking remained hidden inside me. At some point, I managed to find more time for myself and started spending many hours in the kitchen. I started combining the art of cooking with my artistic point of view, styling the dishes I prepared and the final result was giving me great joy and satisfaction! I love preparing meals and present them to my guests!Actually, I love having guests because a good meal is even better when you share it with good company!
Being my guests means you will enjoy fresh sea food and fishes, wonderful fresh salads made with seasonal local vegetables and delicious traditional pies. The dishes i propose are healthy, based on the Mediterranean dietary and the only fat used is extra virgin olive oil.
