What you can expect

The process for pasta making is very simple and extremely enjoyable! We only need a few ingredients: flower, eggs, a pinch of salt and strong arms. We won't use any other tools besides a board and a rolling pin, so we'll be do it according to the original granmother's recipe.

We'll cut the pasta in slices and we will let them dry for a while. In the meantime, we'll prepare the sauce and enjoy a nice chat about Italian cuisine in front of a bruschetta al pomodoro and some appetizer (a selection of cheeses and salami). For the sauce you can choose one of the following:

- Mussels and pecorino
- Mussels and tomato
- Amatriciana (red sauce with guanciale and pecorino)
- Gricia (white sauce with guanciale and pecorino)
- Carbonara
- Clams
- Ragù bolognese

Any other suggestion is welcomed of course :)
