What you can expect

Come with me on a relaxing walk through the historical part of Berlin. We will meet and start the tour at the famous Brandenburg Gate.

On this personal and private tour, I will share stories about East Germany and many amazing facts about Berlin's history. We will see the Reichstag building and Checkpoint Charlie, a former border crossing between East and West Berlin. We will also proceed past other Berlin landmarks and also walk through the Holocaust Memorial.

The tour will end at the Museum Island with its beautiful Pleasure Garden, or as locals call it "Lustgarten".

If you want to hear personal and touching stories about life in the GDR and the events that led to the reunification, then look no further! I'm your to-go guide. If you have specific historical curiosities just let me know, I will happily personalize this tour for you!

East-West Berliner

I'm originally from Hamburg, a metropolitan north of Germany. Part of my family is from Dresden, in East Germany. Like Berlin, Dresden was also heavily destroyed by bombing during the second World War. This poor but sexy city has been my home for the past 6 years and on my tours I enjoy sharing interesting facts, unique stories and fun moments.
Let's discover Berlin together!"
