What you can expect

I am a home chef and food enthusiast. I love hosting dinners and introducing authentic Indian food to people, the kind you do not get in restaurants. This is something I have been doing ever since I moved from India, first in Japan and now in the Netherlands.

My partner and I invite you to join us for a private Indian dinner and some good conversation.

During the evening, you will enjoy a traditional 3 course Indian meal with starters, mains and dessert. I mostly cook food from the North, South and West India. Everything is made from scratch including the bread. I also make my own spice mixes. You can expect a meal cooked with fresh vegetables, free range eggs and chicken and quality dairy products.

Indian food offers options for vegetarians, non vegetarian and vegans. Please ask me for details of the menu for your visit.

Along with the meal, there will be alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages served (tea, buttermilk, lassi or juice).

Since I was brought up on Indian food, spice kind of does run in my veins. I remember, as a child, I was very curious about food and different styles of cooking. Before I knew I had found a hobby, which I continue to enjoy till date.
3 years ago I moved out of India and I think I missed the food, more than anything else. I also realised that the best way to introduce other people to good home cooked Indian food was to cook for them. So here I am."
