I choose only ecologic foods, cultivated locally and with the maximum respect for nature. This is the way to procure the richest flavors and guarantee the best quality of food served. That's not only the way to treat your palate and your body, but also a chance to contribute to ecologic farming and fishing!

The menu includes ecologic Catalan wine without sulfides which you will love.

The main part of the menu will consist in sustainable caught fish from the Catalan coast and fresh biologic vegetables. Let me know if you have any special requests and I will do my best to create the perfect experience for you!

A young professional chef from Austria. I have been living in Barcelona for the past 7 years. I received my education from a tourism school in Villcha (AUT) and I already worked in Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and now Spain.

As the dishes I have been cooking have started to include more and more Mediterranean elements, I have adopted my style of cooking. I only use the finest quality of products and seasonal offers and work mostly with eco products. What I've learned is that a good meal needs time and love. With every dinner I try to add a lot of those ingredients to make it a very special occasion for you.

Hola, soy austriaco y vivo desde hace 5 años en Barcelona. Mi formación laboral la recibí en la escuela de turismo en Villach (Aut). He trabajado ya en Suiza, Liechtenstein, Austria y España. Durante mis estudios la cocina mediterránea estuvo muy integrada a la alta gastronomía austriaca, he adoptado este concepto en mi manera de cocinar. El uso de productos de temporada y de primera calidad es esencial para mi. Trabajo en gran medida con alimentos de origen ecológico. He tenido la posibilidad de adquirir experiencia tanto en cocinas premiadas de la guía Michelín y Gault Millaux, como en cocinas tradicionales y populares."
