The main dishes are based on the flavors of the amazing paprika powder, onion, garlic and smoked meats, like special Hungarian bacon, and sausages. I'll tell how important are the ingredients in our culinary tradition, what locals love to eat and about our traditions.

Just visit us and enjoy a warm meal at our home, located right in the downtown Budapest. The food is always based on the season to guarantee the maximal freshness and tastefulness. And of course, next to the traditional Hungarian food, traditional Hungarian music is a must!

Hi folks from all around the world,

I am pleased to invite you to my beloved kitchen where I am always busy with my food creations. I really like to experimenting with the ingredients and spices and with several cooking methods.
I learned cooking from my grandma in the south-hungarian countryside, where we pickled her own vegetables and prepared the meals from her own free-range chicken or pig. I am very proud of our hungarian traditional meals, but I always less fat than usual, because I believe that we don't need as much fat as our grandparents needed 60-100 years ago when they were working on the fields :)
