Great personality and English (we are Australian) who took us through a local temple and explained how it all works (it’s not what you would think) followed by an amazing local market, with the best food, drinks and experiences. And then to 101 tower which is something you need to see to believe. Highly recommend Daphne.

"We had the privilege of booking a tour with Kate. She was really great with the communication leading into the evening. She was super flexible with our needs. When it came to the touring experience, Kate offered so much knowledge about what was new and historic and gave us a better understanding of the culture. What was unique was that it felt like I was walking with a friend chatting about the experience versus a standard “and to your right you will see….”. That alone made it worth it. Kate is such a fantastic guide and offered some great eating locations for the area of Taipei I was going to visit the following day. Couldn’t recommend Kate enough! Xie Xie Kate!"

"Hard to do anything in 2 hours, we spent most of it at the night market. The experience was not pleasant. It was dirty, smells were difficult to handle and very crowded. Not Sonia’s problem, she was very knowledgeable. I suppose it is something to experience. I wish we were there a lot less time, and more time in other places, "

"We really enjoyed our evening tour with Garen. She spent the first part of the tour reviewing some important history of Taiwan which was very informative and interesting. Then we toured a local temple where she explained multiple fascinating aspects of the temple and customs associated with it.
Finally, we walked through a night market and sampled some amazing food. Garen was so helpful in explaining which foods were best at this particular market. We enjoyed each food item that we tried! After visiting the busy, bustling market, she showed us a lovely quiet spot just one block behind the market on the river which was a perfect way to end the tour. "
