"We contacted Lullia early on and told her the kind of tour we wanted. A mix of history, where to go, mountain hiking, lake cruise, etc. She got back with us quickly and proposed some activities, we responded with what sounded good and left it up to her to organize. We started early in the day so we could fit everything in. When we finally met she was very relaxed but diligent on how we went thru the day. She recommended places to visit mixed in with in depth history about how Luzern came to be and evolved. We had a relaxing hike on top of Rigi, ate lunch on top at a mountain cheese maker, wandered around mountain paths, cruised the lake, strolled thru the city. Never rushed but very pleasent. It was a long day but exactly what we wanted. Probably the best guide we have used in all of Europe. "
