Descubre lo mejor de Guggenheim Museum Bilbao a la manera local

"Mabel was wonderful! Aside from the tour we had great communication before the tour regarding questions about transportation from our cruise ship to hotel, the ongoing festival etc. Of course the highlight of the tour was the Guggenheim Museum which was great but then we spent time in the City Centre which she proudly gave us a tour. As part of this tour we visited a Pintxos Bar and enjoyed quite a few pintos (tapas) for our group of eight. Overall Mabel was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we all were pleasantly surprised with the City of Bilbao! We did not expect much with Bilbao but it was a great city to visit."

"We did the Guggenheim plus Casco Viejo pintxos with Rune and had a wonderful time. He is very knowledgeable about art but presented things in a way that resonated with us (art novices). The pintxo bars he chose were great and we got to experience some of the most typical Pintxos and drinks (cider, txakoli, etc.). Would highly recommend this tour with Rune!"

"We did a 3 hour walking tour with Santiago & it was great! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Bilbao which he shared with us as we walked through the area. He showed us the highlights & pointed out things we might want to go see the next day. He was able to answer questions & made some recommendations on restaurants. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fun, informative tour of the area! "

"Besides the classic information on history, architecture and arts Daria shared experiences from the basque culture and live style. She gave us an different perspective and a more round picture of Bilbao and the Basque Country. She has a warm and open personality, so that we had an open and intensive discussion. "

"Joseba's passion and knowledge about the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum made our experience so much better! He gave us a wonderful history of the museum and explained much about both the museum and a number of the art pieces in it. We wouldn't have appreciated either the museum or the art without our tour. "

"Mabel was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi from and to our cruise ship and volunteering to push my wife’s wheelchair. We thoroughly enjoyed her excellent commentary. "

"We had an excellent Bilboa Tour with Mabel ANNONYMOUS "

"We are a family with 2 boys ages 8 and 10. Our private tour with Mabel was a wonderful experience. She is a Bilbao native, and she was able to give us very interesting context of Bilbao's history and culture and explain how the Guggenheim played a key role in Bilbao's evolution. She had a wealth of knowledge about the city, the museum, its architecture, and the modern art collection. I think the personal guide is well worth it to gain the key insights, and then you can use your ticket to remain in the museum and slowly explore on your own. We had an excellent experience with Mabel and highly recommend the tour."

"Mabel was a delightful host who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a lovely afternoon visit with her guiding us through the local history and the Guggenheim. She was also kind enough to recommend some Pintxos bars and places to shop which we are very grateful for. "

"If you are looking for a great guide experience in Bilbao, look no further, Rune is the person for the job! We had our 3 year old toddler with us and it wasn't easy as he is full of energy and can be quite distractive but Rune was amazing. He not only could entertain our little kiddo and yet he could give us insightful history and facts about the guggenheim and the artwork in the museum. We are very happy with our tour experience with Rune."
