"Rui is very responsive and punctual . He ensured that we have a proper plan in place for the day trip to Sintra , few days before the scheduled date - no last minute surprises. On the day of the tour he picked us up on time form our hotel and drove us around . He told us all the stories behind each of the sights we stopped to see , gave us enough time to take each place in - there were lots of stops in the tour but Rui took good care so we did not feel rushed . I would definitely recommend Rui and would love to book another tour with him if and when I come back to Lisbon 😊"
