"Fay was fantastic to work with. She was very communicative before the tour. We had a group of 8 people (4 kids) and she made sure that the kids AND adults were engaged and having fun. We had to make a few adjustments based on the needs of kids, and Fay either automatically did it herself or helped when the adults needed to on the spot. She was very knowledgable of the area and took us to many places that would never had been on our radar and had it all lined up so we had tables reserved and ready when we got to each place! She also was able to provide some history of the area and the shops, which was very interesting and improved the overall experience. She did well to accommodate my request for more authentic, local food experiences and provided great food for my younger kids and me!
