"Lucien was awesome to work with. Even before we arrived in Paris he was very responsive, gave us lots of recommendations for purchasing tickets ahead of time and great dinner spots. Once we met up with Lucien he was full of Paris history. We loved getting to hear stories and learn as much as we did and we never felt overwhelmed it was the perfect amount of detail. We also visited a basque restaurant for lunch with Lucien and the spot did not disappoint. As our day winded down he even taught us how to use the metro. If we come back we will 100% be booking with him again."

He also gave us instructions on which ones were best to do on our own so that we were able to optimize our time together. Recommended an excellent lunch spot as well. "My family and I spent two days in Paris recently, and wanted to make the most of our limited time. We chose “One Day in Paris with a Local” with Lucien as our guide. Lucien showed us the highlights of Paris and knew a great deal about each site. He makes history so much fun. My two teens and my husband (not particularly history fans) loved the way he shared the significance of the landmarks. Lucien has a very easy-going personality, but took charge of the day. Not a moment was wasted. We had time to rest in beautiful off-the-beaten-path spots. I can’t believe we were able to see and learn so much about Paris in one short day. With Lucien as our guide, we didn’t have to figure out the Metro or what to do in what order. I wish Lucien could come with us on all our vacations! :)"
