We learned about history of Brugges and visited some off the beaten path places, which only a local would be able to show, and also got great recommendations about where to eat , have a good local beer and shopping as well. "We had a great walk through town with Igor. He enjoyed us, just my daughter and me, with many interesting stories and funny anecdotes about the history of the town, while walking us through a part of the town's centre. We were not completely ignorant of Brugge's past though and had been exploring town already for a bit. That seemed to throw Igor off balance a bit. We actually did the tour well within 2 hours. The tour was listed for 2.5 hours though. We were a bit disappointed that Igor was not able to come up with a more creative plan to add to or change what seemed to be his usual round when encountering people that already knew some of the town's stories or been around town a bit. "
