Earl’s communication before the trip was great and directions clear. We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring both areas and Earl was a fountain of historic knowledge wherever we went. It was great that it wasn’t just about the food but we really got a feel for the history of these areas and went to places there’s no way we’d have visited other wise.
