"Marzia was a delightful and exceptional companion on our tour of the beautiful islands of Venice. We instantly felt at ease with her and she answered all our endless questions. We saw an inside picture of life on the islands through her Venetian eyes and witnessed a very special glass blowing by the youngest maestro ever, Alex. What a treat! "My wife and I booked an Island Tour of Murano and Burano with Nicoletta. It was a great day out seeing the islands and a walking tour of Venice. Nicoletta was able to get us to islands despite a strike that stopped public transportation. We saw the glass blowing in Murano and bought a glass piece as well. We then went to Burano, which is famous for it's lace making and beautifully painted houses. We returned to Venice and Nicoletta did a walking tour through parts of Venice we had not seen nor knew to see. The glass tour was a little heavy with their sales techniques - needing to go to the manager to get some pricing. There is a room with less expensive glass art if you want a less expensive souvenir. "

"From the moment we met Claudia we knew we would have a great day touring Murano and Burano. She was very welcoming, upbeat and quite funny… traits which put us at ease and having a good laugh at several points during the day. She took us to a fantastic glass factory with incredible creations, a very charming and incredibly impressive lace boutique, a delicious lunch away from tourist traps, and ending our day back on Venice at her favorite gelateria. She does many different tours and lives locally so she really knows the area well. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and fun guide Claudia is the one for you….
